2026 Annual OJP Conference on Crime and Victimization - June 3 - 4, 2026 | Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center, MN
Please make plans to attend the 38th Annual Conference on Crime and Victimization. The two-day conference is scheduled for June 3 and 4, 2026 at the Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, MN. All sessions will be offered in-person and in 60-minute, 90-minute and plenary presentation formats.

2025 OJP awards
Congratulations to the 2025 Distinguished Service Award recipient, Kenosha Alexander. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding and sustained service to crime victims over the course of their career. This award was created in 1995 to recognize those people whose work has been an inspiration and example to others who serve crime victim survivors in Minnesota. The nominee can serve in any capacity or profession, and nominations are open to programs and organizations.
The 2025 Dr. William Kosiak Victim Service Professional Award was awarded to Netti Phang this year. This award honors an individual whose primary responsibilities involve working with crime victims and whose efforts advance victim survivor services and/or rights at the state, tribal, and/or local level.
