Minnesota professional sports teams specialized license plates
You may support a Minnesota professional sports team’s charitable foundation by purchasing a specialized plate which will include an annual minimum $30 contribution.
Minnesota sport team plates are available for passenger vehicles, one-ton pickups, recreational vehicles and motorcycles. Plates are available with the disability parking symbol for qualified applicants, and the plates can be personalized. Plates may be transferred to another vehicle owned by the applicant. There is a $5 plate transfer fee.

Motorcycle plate: $13.50
Contribution fee: A $30 minimum contribution due at time of initial application and at each registration renewal.
Plates may be transferred to another vehicle of the same type owned by the applicant for a $5 fee.

Applications mailed in take longer to process and will be returned if the fees are incorrect. When mailing, use the motor vehicle fees page or contact us.
